Ubisoft is responsible for the development of this cable but the game plays no vital role in getting the cable to work. By the way the "Real Tone Cable" is a USB to 3.5mm jack for guitar and bass input. I would like to get something out of this, maybe even something to point me in the right direction of manually installing the driver or debugging the damn thing.
I've followed through with their shitty suggestions of which I've heard several times on other help posts and I've uninstalled the driver in Device Manager. I've reset my windows install and still nothing works. Now I've contacted them and I even purchased a new cable that had the exact same issue. I've got a Rocksmith Real Tone cable here that is supposed to be a direct audio device like a microphone except on my windows 10 computer mysteriously out of nowhere it stopped working and started giving me "Device Descriptor Error
